What is training at AMP Fitness like, exactly?
No matter your current fitness level, we're here to meet you exactly where you are. At AMP, we're as excited to introduce absolute beginners to expert fitness as much as challenging those who are already fitness ninjas.  

You get a whole team of trainers (fitness-nerds) who there to guide you every step of the way who provide you with expert coaching so you're confident to know you're doing it right. That way you never have to feel lost in the gym again!

And each AMP member is super supportive, friendly, kind and genuinely excited to welcome new gym-goers with open arms. Everyone has different backgrounds, goals, and fitness levels and are on a similar journey of improving their fitness a little more each time they train. The community is definitely part of the #SecretSauce!

Your only job is to show up! Our job is to make sure you learn a ton and get the sustainable results your looking for.
What are your classes like?
Our Classes are more like small group personal training sessions in terms of guidance and coaching. Our expert trainers are on top of correcting technique and helping you nail your training sessions and have fun!
The workouts are designed to help you move better, burn fat and nail your strength goals while having a hella good time. Our 5 Classes are:
  • CORE: We focus on essential human strength movements and core strength.
  • ​METCON: You'll move more and get sweaty burning all the fat!
  • Fitness Party: A circuit based session to get fit and have fun!
  • Kettlebell Training: This is where we work on advanced kettlebell technique.
  • ​AMPCamp: (Saturday only) This session is run as a big 'ol circuit with a little bit of everything thrown in!

We stick to a program for each Class for 4 weeks to allow for mastery and progress then upgrade each program to provide you with new challenges to help you make progress and get you THE BEST results!

Classes are also kept small purposely (up to 8 clients max per session) in order to provide each participant with attention they need. This way we’re able to modify exercises if necessary for each human to ensure you train safely and efficiently.

Some more FAQ stuff...
  • Do I have to have experience lifting weights to take Class?
Nope. In fact, you are perfect since we LOVE helping those who have never experienced strength training or fitness classes. We'll ensure you start any Class at the right pace for you to come in, have fun, and feel successful right from day 1!
  • What If I'm not able to do much do to my chronic pain and/or old injuries?
Our team is equipped and ready to help you work around chronic pain and old injuries so you can always leave feeling great. It's one of our specialties! No matter where you are now, we'll work with you to find the right exercises, variations, and modifications to ensure you're able to train safely and effectively to feel successful on your fitness journey.
  •  What should I expect on the first session?
Since you're able to just come in and start taking classes for your 2 week FREE trial we'll be asking you a lot of questions about your injury history, exercise experience, and preferences so we know we'll be able to coach you best in Class. Our coaches will help you jump right in and guide you every step of the way so you will feel successful whether your a beginner or are already a fitness ninja!
  • What if I want to do more than 2 weeks?
We have plenty of ways for you to come in and get results with us at AMP Fitness starting with a 30-day trial. After that, we have both month-to-month and annual Memberships for every budget and lifestyle. That way each Member gets exactly the coaching and Membership they're looking for to get results!

The 2 Week FREE Trial gives you access to any of our small group training Classes. Beginning on the day of your first Class, you'll have (14) days to access Classes at AMP Fitness.

*If you're new to fitness OR want some time to work on the basics of kettlebell strength training, we have our Functional AF Intro Workshop every Monday from 5:00-6:00p.m. (no cost)
